All participants must be 19 years of age or older and carry 2 pieces of ID with them.
Cancellations, waivers, deposits etc – all of the necessary details you need to know, are listed below.
Booking Policies
Cancellations
No worries about cancelling if need be. We ask for 72 hours for a full refund less $10 for administration fee or if it is within 48 hours then you would get back 50% of your deposit less the admin fee or if it is less than 24 hours than there would be no refund.
Waivers
All customers are to sign a liability waiver before each tour.
Deposits
We require a deposit in the amount of one person’s tour amount will be taken at time of booking and the balance will be paid in full before going out on the tour.
